Rated Teen wants to encourage you to be emotionally, physically and socially healthy.  We are providing you with some resources relating to your health, relationships and overall well being.  Though Rated Teen believes that the websites provided below are great tools to assist you, they are by NO means a substitute for your parents and/or professional help.

Teen Health:  Website where Teens can connect with Teen health experts.

Love is NOT abuse:  Website that offers assistance with Teen dating.  Give 10 warning signs of an abusive relationship, facts about abuse, and tips for getting help to get out.

National Eating Disorders:  Website promotes education and prevention of eating disorders.

Al-Anon/Alateen:   Website provides referral and  assistance for alcoholics or people who are affected by alcoholism.

Suicide Hotlines: Suicide prevention. 

SADD:  formerly students against drunk driving, now Students Against Destructive Decision.
